    A service provider is performing emergency maintenance impacting MCC Island. Players may experience higher latency throughout the maintenance period (especially users in Asia / Oceania) while traffic is re-routed to avoid players getting disconnected while playing.

    We will be taking the network down for approximately half an hour. This is so we can roll out an update that requires some backend maintenance to take place. During this time period, you will not be able to connect to MCC Island. Matchmaking will be made unavailable shortly before the maintenance period.

    As a result of yesterdays downtime, we'll be taking the network offline this morning for some maintenance to improve the performance and stability of our backend systems. The downtime will take a maximum of around 2 hours, but may take less time depending on how quickly we can roll out the fix.

    The fix that we rolled out is stable and we have restored the player count back to normal. Thank you all for your patience!

    The fix appears to be stable and we are now beginning the process of slowly raising the player cap.

    The server is now back online with a reduced player cap whilst we monitor the side effects of the fix to make sure that the server is running smoothly. If everything is performing okay, we will slowly raise the player cap back to its initial value.

The server will remain offline whilst we implement and roll out the fix. At this time we do not have an ETA for when the server will be back online, but we do not expect it to take too long.
