MC Championship - Weekly vault issues – Incident details

Every affected player has now had their access to MCC Island restored!

We're now moving onto the process of restoring access to the Weekly Vault for all players. Once we've finished with that, we'll then start giving out compensation to the affected users. We don't have an ETA on this, but it's likely this will be finished by later today, or early next week.

We've now restored access to over half of the affected users. As the process is manual, it takes some time and due to the fact it's now quite late in the day for us we're going to stop for now (in case we make any mistakes we want to make sure we're fresh and able to handle any problems). We're really sorry for anyone who didn't get access restored today, but the remaining users should have access restored by this time tomorrow - it's really important to us that you all get back online before the weekend is up.

Once again, we're really sorry that it's taken this long to get your access restored. We will be providing compensation tomorrow after every user has had access restored and, as always, your daily streaks will be preserved.

Just a small update to let you know we're beginning the process of restoring MCC Island access to the remaining blocked accounts. We'll update the status page here when all the accounts are restored, or if we have to pause and do the remainder tomorrow (unlikely, but a small possibility).

We've been working on a fix for the 44 affected users and will be deploying it tomorrow. The affected users should get access to MCC Island restored tomorrow.

We've lifted the maintenance mode, have disabled the weekly vault for now and are temporarily preventing 44 affected users from joining the network while we investigate further.
