One of our service providers is experiencing issues; you may experience server disconnects or lag. We're looking into it.

MCC Island is scheduled to go down for maintenance to replace a core server infrastructure component. During this time period, you will not be able to connect to MCC Island. Matchmaking will be made unavailable shortly before the maintenance period.
Maintenance has been completed successfully and the server is now back online.
We'll be taking down the server now to perform some unplanned server maintenance to resolve an issue that can cause the server to be unavailable at random.

Our server provider is replacing core network infrastructure hardware during this timeframe. While we do not plan on taking down the server, you may be disconnected for up to 5 minutes throughout this timeframe.
The third-party provider involved has resolved this issue.
A third-party provider used for sending emails is currently experiencing issues. This may prevent you from claiming admission tickets or signing up for the beta wait list. We do not have an ETA on a fix for this.

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the outcome. Please note that performance may be degraded during this time and there may be more failed ticket claims.
A potential fix is underway, we shall update here if and when we are successful.
We have identified an issue impacting those attempting to claim MCC Island Admission Tickets. At present, you will be unable to verify the username you wish to claim the ticket for. You should still be able to subscribe and manage your MCC Newsletter subscriptions both through the Signup Platform and the MCC Island Forums.
This issue appears to be resolved.
A patch has been rolled out to all lobby servers and this issue should no longer happen. We'll be monitoring to see if it still happens throughout the day.
We will be rolling out a stability patch for this to all servers shortly.
We're investigating an issue where resource packs do not always get sent to the user's client in certain lobbies. NPCs, hotbar items and other features may also not be available when this issue occurs.
While far from ideal, rejoining the server until you eventually get into a functional lobby is a potential workaround until we have identified & resolved the issue.
