    ...and we're back! Thank you all for bearing with us whilst we resolved this monster of our own creation. The network is back online now and we even have a little bug fixing patch too. We've given out some compensation for the downtime to all MCC+ users which you can find in your mailbox. Also, daily streaks have been preserved too!

    We'll be sending out more compensation later in the week to all players, so keep an eye on your mailboxes for that too.

    We're still working away on the restoration and have nothing to report yet - but rest assured the team is still working hard to get everything back online. We'll make a further status message when we've got a better estimate of our timings.

    Just as a reminder, your daily streaks will be preserved and we'll be providing some apolomail compensation to both regular and MCC+ users to make up for the downtime.

    Again, we're all really sorry this is talking so long, especially after the release of Season 5. It's as frustrating for us as it is for you, and we promise we're still working our hardest to get everything back to normal. Thanks for bearing through the storm with us 💪

    The database rollback is taking a bit longer than expected so we're cautiously updating the maintenance window to cover any other issues that may arise. Just a reminder that these maintenance times are always very rough estimates, as it's near impossible to work out how long these things will take in real world scenarios. I understand the changes are annoying (it's annoying for us too trust me!) but we're doing our very best to get the server back online as soon as possible!

    Just a small update to let you know the backup restoration is well underway. The server won't be coming back online tonight (BST), and our current very rough ETA is tomorrow morning/early afternoon.

    Daily streaks will be preserved, and we will send out some non-bugged apolomail later on in the day on Saturday to compensate for the downtime.

    We've taken the server offline after a small (..haha) issue with the mailbox which means we'll have to rollback the server around 30m to the point just before the issue. Any webstore purchases will be replayed and you will not lose any items, progress will just be rolled back about 30m.

    This restore will take a while, and we'll aim to have the server back online later tonight or early tomorrow. As a reminder, the duration of this maintenance is an estimate and it may take longer or shorter.
