    We've just finished rolling out 0.29.1 (patch notes soon!) that includes a large number of fixes, specifically to matchmaking. We're still aware of a few remaining issues that we'll continue to monitor and push fixes for, but for now we're going to mark this incident as resolved as the large majority of the issues people were facing should be resolved. That's not to say you won't encounter issues though, so please do continue to /bugreport any issues that you find!

    We've just rolled out another hotfix that addresses issues with Parkour Warrior Dojo. This should fix issues with incorrect teleporting when you finish a run, and other related issues. If you do still encounter issues, we've also made /bugreport include more information that can help us fix these problems, so please do report anything you find!

    We're also working on fixes to address two issues regarding matchmaking:

    • Slow times to get into games, especially when you are in a party playing Battle Box Arena.
      We're working on fixes to this that should address some of the issues encountered with the new soft SBMM system. Hopefully we will have changes to make before the weekend, but we'll keep everyone posted here with updates.

    • Not enough information displayed when you're queuing into a game.
      We should have an update launching later today that replaces the "Searching" text with more useful information about the amount of players who want to play the game or the estimated time until we can put you into a game. We had to make changes to hide this information in the first place due to the complexities of the multi-queue system, but we understand that not seeing anything concrete isn't ideal as well!

    Late last night we rolled out additional large fixes for the matchmaking system and backend game management systems. These fixes have addressed most of the issues that players have been facing, and games are now queueing again, servers are encountering a far smaller rate of errors, and much fewer players are erroring when getting into games.

    Players are still experiencing degraded queue times - some of the changes that we made to the accomodate multi-queuing have made the time it takes to get into games slower. We are actively looking into this and will continue updating the status page today as we work on further fixes.

    We've just identified another issue that was causing a large number of issues relating to the matchmaking and game experience. A fix for this has just been rolled out and should decrease the amount of issues faced. Additionally, this fix will also bring the Parkour Warrior Dojo servers back online and make them fully playable again.

    You may still experience issues relating to teleporting to the wrong type of server when starting a game, or being stuck in a queue that isn't going anywhere, but we should have a larger patch for these issues soon.

    Just to update everyone, we've identified some of the issues that are causing the matchmaking problems, and are actively working on fixes for these.

    We've also rolled out some more fixes for crash issues and issues with games acting like other games (e.g. Battle Box being a best-of-five).

    We are currently investigating issues relating to matchmaking, such as being stuck in game servers and unable to leave, games with too many players, or games incorrectly behaving as other games.

    For some context, these issues are caused by a complete rewrite we have done on our matchmaking and game server systems in order to better support Battle Box Arena.

    The team is hard at work and we'll keep this status page updated as we progress. We have also already managed to fix some other issues, such as lobby servers crashing unexpectedly.
